Meet Marisa & Juan
• Retired couple from Malaga.
• Bought a property in the Historic center back in 2008.
• Tried a long term rental for a few years.
• Tried short term rental with a local management company.
• Were unhappy with the results and the income received and started looking for a new property manager.
• Found REMS in September 2021.

— This project needed something very speacial to be able to draw the guest to want to stay in this apartment.
One of the main ideas was to bring in a lot of light in terms of the artificial lighting. And based on the owner’s preferences to do something quite modern, we went to more of a contemporary minimalist style.

— The whole project went just as we had planned. It was made below the budget.
It’s a totally different apartment now. It exceeds all my expectations.
Honestly, it works perfectly for its purpose!
