The Discovery
In 2018, Remy moved to Málaga while working at Oracle. What began as a professional transfer quickly became an entrepreneurial discovery in a rapidly growing real estate market.
The First Investment
Seeing the potential of Málaga’s short-term rental market, Remy acquired his first apartment and began managing it directly, quickly achieving strong results.
The Birth of REMS
In January 2020, the first client entrusted Remy to invest, design and manage a property, marking the beginning of Real Estate Management Services.
Building the Model
During the pandemic, REMS was built from the ground up, developing its brand, operations and systems, reaching 18 properties and a growing team.
Growth
REMS entered a phase of rapid expansion, growing from 59 to 120 properties, expanding across multiple locations and building a strong operational team.
Market Leadership
Today, REMS manages more than 200 properties across five locations, supported by around 90 professionals, becoming a leading operator on the Costa del Sol.
