1. What documents are required to rent a car?
To rent a car, you’ll need:
- A valid driver’s license (class B).
- Passport or ID.
- Credit card for the deposit (if opting for deposit instead of insurance).
IMPORTANT: If your license was issued outside the EU or EEA, you’ll also need an international driving permit from your country of origin.
2. Where can I pick up or drop off the car?
You can collect or return the car at Málaga Airport.
We also offer delivery to your holiday rental anywhere on the Costa del Sol (extra charge based on distance).
3. What’s included in the rental price?
The rental includes:

Basic driver insurance
You can choose to add extra insurance coverage or pay a refundable security deposit instead.
4.. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit or full insurance is required.
You can pay the deposit online before collection or upon delivery to speed up the process.
5. What is the cancellation policy?
We have a partially refundable cancellation policy:
- Cancel 30+ days before check-in: 80% refund.
- 7–30 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: 20% refund.
- On the day of pickup: no refund.
6. What if I experience issues with the car during my rental?
In case of an emergency, contact the insurance provider directly using the phone numbers in the car’s document folder.
