The Property Manager reports to the Property Leader and is in charge of communicating, welcoming, and assisting our guests during their stays, making sure the properties remain in a perfect state, and promoting our services.
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the condition and readiness of our managed properties for guest arrivals. The role primarily involves maintaining the properties in optimal condition and managing relationships with the property owners—not the guests.
- You will be the main point of contact for our apartment owners, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and professional coordination regarding their property. Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the properties are consistently maintained to the highest standards and fully prepared for guest arrivals.
- Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary contact for apartment owners, keeping them informed about their property and addressing any concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and report findings.
- Handle administrative tasks related to property upkeep and owner relations.
- Be present and available in the Benalmádena or Torremolinos area, as the job requires local physical presence.
- Creation of visual content related to the property (provisional photoshoot and property video tour).
Your profile Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
Valid driver’s license – mandatory.
Must live in, or be willing to work daily from, the Benalmádena or Torremolinos area.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or client relations is a plus.
