Your mission

 Are you a student eager to gain real-world experience in hospitality? We are offering curricular and extracurricular internships, starting from this February, for the position of Guest Service. 

You will have the chance to work on real projects, interact with international guests, and develop key skills for your future career in a supportive and dynamic environment. 

As a Guest Service Intern, you will help our team ensure our guests have a seamless and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).
  • Welcoming guests to the properties and assisting during their stay (check-in).
  • Offering additional services to guests (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc.).
  • Providing information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, transportation, and cultural events.
  • Supporting reception duties in our office.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or any relevant field. 
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – mandatory. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 
  • Mandatory: comfortable using electric scooters. Driving licence is a plus.
