The Sales is in charge of finding new clients, closing deals and following up with the clients. The main activity consists of discovering apartments suitable for vacation rental. We put at your disposal a series of tools to achieve the best results.
What you will do:
- Hunt by generating outbound leads.
- Conduct the full sales cycle:
- “Hunt” leads by contacting the property owners, pitch our services and schedule meetings.
- Visit the properties, take videos and report to the Sales Manager.
- Present them our main services (Invest, Design and Property Management)
- Present and negotiate the commercial conditions, find an agreement and close the deal.
- Update all the actions in the CRM on a daily basis and report 2 times a week to the Sales Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong writing and communication skills in English and Spanish (French is a plus).
- Previous experience as Sales in the real estate sector.
- Strong argumentative, negotiative and resilient skills.
- Excellent multitasker in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to bounce back from rejection and solve problems creatively.
- Good knowledge of Malaga city is a plus.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree is required.
